KFC Assistant Unit Manager

The Assistant Unit Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in achieving business goals by leading the restaurant team, ensuring a superior guest experience, and developing team members. This role is a training ground for future restaurant leadership positions.

• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to monitor and achieve performance goals.

• Ensure a consistently excellent guest experience by maintaining cleanliness, service quality, and food standards.

• Lead by example to uphold high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

• Recruit, train, and mentor team members for growth and development.

• Communicate business updates, promotions, and team objectives clearly and effectively.

• Promote a team-focused and family-oriented work culture.

Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable.

Will be exposed to varying weather conditions, soil, pollen, grass, plant materials and fertilizer while working; will be exposed to cleaning solutions of home strength; may be exposed to industrial strength solutions for pest control, paints or solvents, biohazards such as bloodborne pathogens, sewage, or building waste.
