Position - Nurse Practitioner

Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana’s largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. Position Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role involves working closely with patients in a clinical setting, ensuring comprehensive medical documentation and effective communication within the healthcare team. 

Essential Functions

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Perform triage to prioritize patient care effectively.
• Document medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of anatomy and common ailments to provide accurate diagnoses

Pay:  

$90,713.48 - $120,195.36 

Requirements  

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Indiana
• Master's degree in nursing
