Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team at our Arlington location. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Check in with guests to address any additional needs or concerns.
• Handle payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server station.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
