Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Location: San Fernando Valley, CA
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities for accuracy.

• Label, sort, store, and organize inventory in the proper areas.

• Help maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular counts.

• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.

• Check materials against purchase orders, work orders, labels, and inventory reports.

• Report shortages, damaged items, or inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Pull and issue parts, materials, or supplies for production, shipping, or internal use.

• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed.

• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.

• Follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.

• Use pallet jacks or forklifts when trained and authorized.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, stockroom, shipping, or receiving preferred.

• Basic computer skills and ability to enter information accurately.

• Ability to read part numbers, labels, purchase orders, and inventory documents.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently or with a team.

• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.

• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.

• Some indoor and outdoor work may be required depending on business needs.
