Compensation Earn up to $101,000 per year Equivalent mileage pay: $0.55 – $0.65 per mile Weekly miles: 2,000 – 3,000 miles Activity-based pay, including: Layovers Detention time Operational delays and other driver activities Schedule & Home Time Weekly home time Schedule may vary, as these are new lanes; days off are not yet fixed Job Structure No-touch freight Regional routes (Western U.S.) Optimized dispatch and routing Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Comply with DOT regulations and HOS requirements Maintain accurate logs (ELD) Communicate effectively with dispatch Deliver freight safely and on time Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Minimum of 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience No preventable accidents Clean driving record Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening FST1
