Responsibilities Diagnose hardware and software issues on mobile devices and computers using schematics and analysis skills Perform repairs on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops with precision soldering and hand tools Troubleshoot operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to identify root causes of malfunctions Conduct equipment repairs including component replacement, circuit board repairs, and system upgrades Utilize technical support skills to assist customers with device setup and software troubleshooting Follow detailed repair procedures using schematics and technical manuals to ensure accurate repairs Maintain detailed documentation of repair processes, parts used, and diagnostic findings for quality assurance Required Qualifications Proficiency with Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows operating systems Strong soldering skills and experience with hand tools for precise electronic repairs Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively Excellent analysis skills to diagnose complex device issues quickly Experience with mobile device and computer hardware repair and troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with providing technical support in retail sales or field service environments Strong understanding of electronic components and equipment repair processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
