Overview This position involves providing mental health services to address the psychosocial issues faced by residents in nursing homes, fostering personal growth, and helping individuals adjust to their living environments. The ideal candidate will engage in both in-person and telehealth modalities, with an emphasis on in-person treatment to effectively meet the needs of residents. Qualifications Doctorate-level Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an active state license. Commitment to ethical conduct and adherence to all state and federal guidelines. Preferred Qualifications Compassionate and dependable. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Flexible, team-oriented, with strong communication abilities. Experience working with the geriatric population is highly valued. This position offers the chance to work in a responsive and patient-focused setting, providing care that aims to be both compassionate and effective.
