Our organization, a prominent collective of over 1,800 medical professionals located in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., is dedicated to serving patients of Kaiser Permanente. We are currently seeking applications for a specialist in Urology at our Kensington Medical Center .

Distinct from other healthcare systems in the U.S., our group is physician-led and structured, offering competitive salaries that are not tied to the volume of individual services provided. Our team consists of board-certified doctors across more than 60 specialties. Utilizing a comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) system, our physicians work collaboratively to ensure coordinated care. What You Can Anticipate:

Join a collaborative and supportive environment with a regional team of over twenty urologists, working alongside a fully integrated team that collaborates closely with various surgical and medical specialties. You will have access to cutting-edge equipment in both the office and operating room, including multiple robotic systems, advanced imaging technology, and well-equipped procedural suites. Our department features general urologists as well as specialists with expertise in areas such as oncology, robotics, men’s health, endourology, and reconstruction, creating a robust and versatile urology division. The on-call schedule is 1:10 at core hospitals in D.C. and Maryland.

Essential Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified or Eligible in Urology

• Current licensure or the ability to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia

The starting annual salary for this role is $485,000, which takes into account the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other pertinent factors. In addition to the salary, we provide extensive benefits that significantly enhance the overall compensation package.
