Full-Time Data Entry CoordinatorCambrian Homecare, LLC has been providing compassionate, flexible, and personalized in-home care services since 1996, helping seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities live independently in the comfort of their own homes.We are seeking a compassionate, capable, and dependable Full-Time Data Entry Coordinator to join our team at our corporate office in Long Beach. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) regulations.Join our team and contribute to a culture that values teamwork, adaptability, clear communication, and a strong commitment to service.This is not a remote position.ResponsibilitiesEVV Data Monitoring & ComplianceReview and monitor Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) data for completeness and accuracyIdentify missing, inconsistent, or non-compliant visit recordsPerform timely corrections in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelinesData Integrity & ReportingConduct routine audits of user accounts to ensure data qualityGenerate reports related to user access and EVV activityPartner with the Payroll and Billing departments to ensure accurate visit data supports payroll processing and claims submissionsDocument processes, corrections and audit findingsSupport internal and external audits as requiredUser Account ManagementCreate, update, and deactivate user profiles across various internal systems for new hires, transfers, and terminationsEnsure appropriate access levels are assigned based on role and departmentMaintain accuracy and consistency of employee data across systemsTroubleshoot and resolve access issues in a timely mannerProvide new users with system access guidance and support as neededQualificationsQualifications:Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
