What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain software systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions seamlessly
• Focus on back-end web development, including programming and debugging
• Implement scalable solutions
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle

About You

You're looking for the opportunity that could define your career.

You've probably spent your spare time building side projects, launching apps, competing in hackathons or interning with ambitious start-ups because you genuinely love creating products. You enjoy solving difficult problems, learn incredibly quickly and thrive in environments where ownership is expected rather than given. You don't wait for instructions — you identify problems, propose solutions and make things happen.

You'll ideally have a Bachelor's degree at a top university in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline, and be excited by the pace, responsibility and learning that only an early-stage company can offer.

Required Technologies and Skills

• 1–5 years of software engineering experience
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Proficiency in TypeScript and PostgreSQL
• Experience building backend applications

Location

Manhattan, NYC (Financial District). This is a full-time, on-site role working in the office, 5 days per week. Not based in New York? No worries — all expenses will be covered for interviews and meetings, and you'll be well supported by the team throughout your move to New York.

The Money

$130,000 – $200,000 + Bonus + Equity
