Route: Long Beach, Los Angeles & Surrounding Areas

Pay: $25.00++ per hour

Build a Career in Automotive. Pro-MotionPix is hiring a dependable Automotive Field Technician to service automotive dealerships throughout the Long Beach and Los Angeles area. This is a structured, hands-on field position for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, driving to different locations, and following a consistent daily process. You'll visit assigned dealerships to help keep their online vehicle inventory accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities will include locating vehicles and keys, moving vehicles into position, and capturing vehicle photos, 360 spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app.

No professional photography experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you exactly how to complete the job. This is not a creative photography position. It's a process-driven role focused on consistency, efficiency, accuracy, and completing assigned work.

What You'll Do

• Drive to assigned automotive dealership locations using your own reliable vehicle
• Locate vehicles, keys, and dealership contacts to complete daily assignments
• Move vehicles into designated photo areas when needed
• Capture vehicle photos, 360 spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app
• Communicate with dealership staff about missing vehicles, keys, and inventory issues
• Complete assigned routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Walk dealership lots and work outdoors throughout the day
• Work independently while representing Pro-MotionPix professionally

Who We're Looking For Our most successful team members often come from hands-on, active work environments such as:

• Automotive: Porters, lot attendants, detailers, lube technicians, inventory specialists
• Warehouse: Material handling, inventory, loading/unloading, distribution
• Construction: General labor, skilled trades, jobsite work
• Landscaping: Outdoor labor, grounds maintenance, crew positions
• Delivery: Drivers, route-based positions, logistics
• Other active jobs: Maintenance, moving, facilities, or similar physical work

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a dependable work history and strong work ethic
• Enjoys working independently with minimal supervision
• Is comfortable staying active and on their feet throughout the day
• Is comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Communicates well with dealership staff
• Can solve problems and adapt when vehicles, keys, or information aren't where expected
• Is organized and able to follow a consistent process
• Is comfortable using a smartphone and learning new apps
• Takes pride in completing quality work

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable vehicle required
• Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred
• Automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or similar experience preferred
• Comfortable walking dealership lots and performing physical tasks throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00++ per hour

Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
