Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking a Part-Time ABA Therapist to join our team in Union County, New Jersey. As an ABA Therapist with Golden Care Therapy NJ, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to ensure successful outcomes. About the Role: As an ABA Therapist with Golden Care Therapy NJ, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, individualized ABA Therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will: Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Conduct initial assessments and ongoing progress monitoring to ensure clients are meeting treatment goals Provide parent training and support to empower families to carryover skills and strategies in natural environments Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices and industry developments Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques What We Offer: Reaching Hearts.
