Therapy - PT

Physical Therapist

Serves primarily rural areas with mid-sized towns. Shift typically runs from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Facility uses a point system equivalent to 4-6 patient visits daily. A tablet is utilized to track time and visits. Business casual attire or hunter green scrubs with a white or black top are required. Common cases include elderly falls and fractures. The facility may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment and 3 shifts for assignments that are shorter than 13 weeks. Charting system used is Homecare Homebase (HCHB). Trauma level is unspecified. Care setting is Home Health. Division is Allied Health.
