You Are:
- Deeply interested in AV Technician. Wanting to play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and programming of sophisticated AV and Low-Voltage systems in luxury residential and commercial, environments.

- Cabling: Pull/Terminate/Test
- Advanced Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting: Audio, Video, Control (Control4), Lighting & Shading (Lutron), Networks, Access Control, CCTV, Security, etc.
- Interact With: Clients, Architects, Builders, Other Trades
- Complete Workorders with Time & Parts Used
- Working with your hands!
- Salary: $18-$22/hr
- Bonus: Profit Sharing Model
- Medical: $425 toward your plan (covers the individual)
- Paid Training with raises for certification completions.
- Paid Holidays: 7 Days
- Paid Vacation: 5 days after 1yr, 10 days after 2yrs, 15 days after 5yrs
