Overview Hampton Behavioral Health Center is a 120‑bed acute care psychiatric hospital located in Westampton, New Jersey. We offer advanced behavioral health diagnostic treatment services for adults, adolescents, and older adults in both inpatient and outpatient programs. Responsibilities Registered Nurses provide direct patient care under the guidance of physicians and treatment teams, maintain a safe and supportive environment through implementation of safety checks and crisis management, document patient care, and uphold the core values of Hampton Behavioral Health Center. This full‑time position runs 3 days per week, 36 hours per week, from 7 pm to 7 am with rotating weekends. Overtime and additional shifts may be available. The role qualifies for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Job Duties Assesses and responds to medical needs of patients under the guidance of physicians. Conducts safety checks and implements appropriate behavioral management techniques. Maintains the core values and mission of Hampton Behavioral Health Center. Minimum one year of psychiatric nursing experience, or two years of medical/surgical experience with proven leadership, strong clinical skills and high motivation. Graduate of an NLN accredited program preferred. ANA Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing certification preferred. CPR certification required.
