Leading global law firm seeks an Attorney with 8+ years of Insurance Coverage/Coverage Litigation experience to join their Tampa, Florida office as Of Counsel or Partner. A portable book of business is NOT required. The ideal candidate will have third-party liability experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and assist with contentious and non-contentious third-party liability coverage matters
- Negotiate settlements of cases
- Analysis of claims
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Florida
- 8+ years' of experience
- Strong research and writing skills
Base Salary Range 200k-235k + Bonus + Benefits Package
