Summary:

**Experience and Clinical Requirements:** - Minimum of 18 months recent Critical Care/ICU experience. - MUST have 18 months of perm ICU experience. - Experience: 18 months combined perm experience in specialty applying for required, preferred to be within one location but not required. **Licensure and Certifications:** - MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND. - AHA BLS & ACLS required, NIHHS preferred. - Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending. **References:** - ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Charge RN refs accepted. - TWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please no co-worker references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. **Additional Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. **Assessment and Testing:** - PBDS Assessment is waived. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.
