We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Lead Frame Carpenters to oversee residential and/or commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is a skilled craftsman with leadership experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a safe, productive job site.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise carpentry crews on construction site
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Coordinate day to day on site activities
- Ensure work meets quality standards
- Train and mentor apprentices and crew members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of carpentry experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial framing techniques
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience with framing, setting trusses, roof sheathing and interior framing
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
