Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing telecommunications systems, including transmission, broadcasting, switching, and network architectures across LAN, WAN, and related protocols AND experience in contracting, cost-benefit analysis, and financial management to oversee budgets, align resources with strategic priorities, and manage procurement to achieve mission objectives.
