ServiceNow Software Developer

Salary: $95,000 - 135,000 per year Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Workspaces, UI Builder, and the Next Experience Framework.
• Experience developing Employee Center, Service Portal, CSM Portal, or other customer self-service solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development technologies, including Glide APIs, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
• Experience with Flow Designer, ITSM, Customer Service Management (CSM), Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
• Hands-on integration experience using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and web services.
• Experience working in Agile development environments with distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, Now Assist, Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or agentic AI solutions.
• Preferred: Experience enhancing enterprise employee and customer digital experiences.
• Preferred: Familiarity with platform modernization, workflow automation, and ServiceNow development best practices.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder; compensation is W-2 only, and third parties are not accepted.

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow Workspaces, including Service Operations Workspace (SOW), Agent Workspace, and Next Experience applications.
• Use UI Builder to extend standard functionality and create intuitive, role-based workspace experiences.
• Configure and customize CSM, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog capabilities.
• Design and implement workflow automation using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and native ServiceNow features.
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow customizations using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
