Admin and Accounting Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.63 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Manage daily front office activities to ensure efficient operations
• Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle business correspondence
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable using QuickBooks
• Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and payment documentation
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
• Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and purchasing requests
• Prepare reports, track expenses, and assist with budget monitoring
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments
• Review office procedures and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
• Maintain confidential company and financial information
• Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and general clerical duties
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

Admin and Accounting Coordinator Qualifications:

• QuickBooks experience required
• 2–3 years of previous office administration or front desk experience in a professional business environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and financial recordkeeping
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience maintaining office procedures, records, and filing systems
• Previous experience in the IT or technology industry is a plus but not required
