Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k. Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Utilize the strength of the well-known brand to generate even more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers.
