Salary Range: $111,377-$167,066

Sign On Bonus: 15,000

Shift: Day 8AM to 4PM

Job Summary:

As the Senior CT/IR Technologist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our CT/Special Procedures department. You'll lead a team of technologists, ensure adherence to protocols, and drive quality assurance initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations of the CT/IR department.
• Team Management: Supervise, train, and mentor technologists and technical support staff.
• Protocol Development: Establish and implement procedure protocols for CT and Interventional Radiology.
• Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and administer operating and quality assurance programs.
• Equipment Oversight: Ensure the safe operation of equipment and compliance with regulations and policies.
• Fiscal Responsibility: Manage departmental fiscal aspects and identify revenue cycle best practices.
• Policy Development: Create and implement policies to improve staff performance and operational efficiency.
• Customer Service: Support customer service initiatives and address patient concerns.
• Technical Expertise: Perform and/or oversee complex CT and Interventional Radiology procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to departmental policies, quality assurance programs, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• ARRT (CT) Certification.
• ARRT Certification in Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CI).
• New York State Radiologic Technologist License.
• Minimum [Number] years of experience in CT/IR.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS Certification (AHA).
• Ability to train and educate staff.
