Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor | Occupational Health — Latrobe, PA

Lead a health center team and make a real impact on workplace wellness. We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a supervisory role at an onsite occupational health clinic in Latrobe, PA — a hands-on leadership position where you'll guide a clinic team while staying close to patient care.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Location: Latrobe, PA (onsite)
• Position Type: Contract, 9 weeks, with strong potential to convert to a full-time permanent role
• Pay: 55-70/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight to health center staff
• Support recruitment, training, and performance management for clinic team members
• Manage clinic staffing schedules
• Oversee nursing care for all patients, including medical surveillance appointments such as hearing testing
• Provide direct patient care, including injury triage and evaluation
• Identify emergency situations and respond within scope of practice
• Direct maintenance of patient clinical records and uphold infection control and privacy standards
• Oversee ordering and maintenance of supplies, medications, and equipment
• Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities
• Serve as a liaison between the clinic team and site leadership

What You'll Bring

• Certificate from an accredited nursing school or Associate's degree (ASN); BSN preferred
• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required; ACLS may be required depending on contract scope
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience in an emergency room, occupational health clinic, or ambulatory care setting
• Occupational Health, Emergency, or Case Management certification a plus
