Primary Responsibilities Create food consistent with Jersey Mike's high‑quality standards Maintain a cleaner restaurant environment than others Work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven atmosphere Multi‑task and work with a sense of urgency Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience Demonstrate full understanding of accountability and information sharing Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: 1 year QSR experience Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer Food handler certification (Serve Safe) required Reliable transportation Key Competencies Excellent menu and product knowledge and an awesome personality Thrives in a fast‑paced environment Desire to improve self and skill sets Effective communication with guests Participate in all training programs Reliable and able to meet schedule requirements Franchise Information This website is not operated by Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems.
