- Manage fire protection projects from design through installation, testing, and closeout.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, architects, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee the design and installation of fire sprinkler, fire alarm, special hazard suppression, and life safety systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards, including NFPA, IBC, IFC, and local regulations.
- Review project drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and technical challenges.
- Manage procurement activities and coordinate material deliveries to support project schedules.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure quality control standards and safety requirements are maintained throughout project execution.
- Support field personnel and subcontractors by providing technical guidance and project direction.
- Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, cost tracking, billing, and profitability.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, closeout packages, and as-built records.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction and future business opportunities.
- 10+ Years combined experience in the Fire Protection Field and Project Management
- Must have commercial project experience
- Strong knowledge of the fabrication process.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- NICET Level II or better preferred
