Office Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our St. Louis Park office. This role is responsible for creating a clean, organized, and welcoming workplace environment while providing hands-on support for meetings and events. Responsibilities include coordinating catering, setting up and cleaning conference rooms, maintaining kitchen and common areas, restocking office supplies, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and partnering with property management and office vendors as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, active environment, enjoys multitasking, takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, and brings a positive, "can-do" attitude to every task. This is a full-time, onsite temporary position, with occasional schedule flexibility needed to support meetings and events outside of core business hours. This role is paying $20-$22/hr.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional, ability to multitask a must
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Associate's degree preferred
• 3 or more years of experience in a professional environment
• Must be available during core business hours, Monday through Friday
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail Ability to take direction from multiple levels of professional staff
