Youll handle daily service activity for customer accounts and support sales growth. Key responsibilities include: Customer Account Service
- Perform daily service tasks for existing policyholders
- Assist with policy changes and underwriting needs
- Support billing needs and account-related requests
- Ensure customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently
- Cross-sell appropriate products based on customer needs
- Prospect within the agencys book of business to identify opportunities
- Help expand existing relationships through proactive outreach
- Pivot and recommend suitable coverage options to meet changing customer needs
- Work toward personal production goals
- Contribute to team agency goals
- Maintain a consistent, results-driven workflow
- Insurance experience strongly preferred (agency/brokerage or similar role)
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfort with phone/email outreach and follow-up
- Sales motivation with a genuine desire to help people
- Required licenses (or ability to obtain them)
- Base salary: dependent upon experience
- Commission: based on sales made
