Preferred Experience:
10+ years of experience with Hadoop and Big Data technologies
Experience designing scalable Hadoop and Spark solutions
Strong experience building batch and real-time streaming applications using Kafka
Experience using Microsoft Copilot for code generation, troubleshooting, documentation, and testing
Experience developing high-performance Spark jobs and optimizing workloads
Experience collaborating with Data Architects, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams
Experience participating in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
Experience mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
