Job Description

We are hiring 1st Shift Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. This position pays $16–$18 per hour and offers an excellent opportunity to start or grow your career in manufacturing.

In this role, you will assemble and package components for single-shot.22 firearms, verify serial numbers, prepare finished products for shipment, and help ensure products meet established quality standards.

Candidates with previous assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, or material-handling experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assemble firearm components and subassemblies according to established work instructions
• Package small parts and verify all required components are included
• Accurately match serial numbers with corresponding labels and documentation
• Package completed products and prepare them for shipment
• Tag and label products and components for tracking purposes
• Prepare boxes and packaging materials for production
• Handle small parts carefully to prevent errors or misplaced components
• Perform basic visual quality checks
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
• Assist in different assembly departments based on production needs

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar experience preferred
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable handling and organizing small parts
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Material-handling or inventory experience is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milton, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
