Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Supply Chain Management and Manhattan WMS to join our team. This role requires a strong background in warehouse management and the ability to provide Level 2 support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while coordinating with both onsite and offshore teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in Manhattan WMS
• Proficiency in SQL
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills to interact with warehouse operators and stakeholders
• Prior work experience at a client or in the client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with onsite-offshore coordination
• Ability to resolve incidents and service requests effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide expert support in Manhattan WMS with a deep understanding of warehouse management
• Resolve incidents and service requests at Level 2 support
• Utilize technical expertise in Manhattan WMS and SQL to handle various tasks
