Experience without limits—in your work, your growth, and your impact. **must be able to work hybrid in Detroit** This Senior Production Coordinator role will support the automotive team with client communication and assigned production deliverables, ensuring a successful program and that client needs are met and exceeded. You demonstrate a good understanding of the production process. Responsibilities: Project Delivery Create and maintain production schedule with production lead Independently complete documents that synthesize feedback and next steps; begin to manage small deliverables with guidance Source third-party vendors, as requested Client Focus/Relationship Management Develop knowledge and comprehension of client business and take personal responsibility for meeting client needs and client satisfaction Provide comprehensive and timely meeting notes Lead client calls when appropriate Budget Support Assist in reconciling costs against budget as directed Have a good understanding of Limberjack Able to follow financial and contractual process for both clients and subcontractors Creative Execution Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients Coordinate communications between team members and proactively anticipate the support needs of the team As set forth in Jack Morton Worldwide’s Equal Employment Opportunity policy,we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jack Morton Worldwide
