Design high‑performing digital creative including paid social ads, display ads, emails, and landing pages Create and update packaging, product labels, inserts, and printed collateral Apply Pestie’s brand system consistently across web, marketing, and product touch points Prepare production‑ready files for digital and print Organize and maintain Figma files, templates, and shared assets Support ongoing creative needs across marketing and product teams Qualifications Naturally curious and excited about consumer brands, storytelling, and marketing psychology Open to feedback and eager for coaching, has a growth mindset Solid foundation in layout, hierarchy, typography, and color with sharp visual instincts Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 1–4 years of professional design experience (or equivalent portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals) Experience designing for performance marketing (ads, emails, landing pages) with awareness of conversion principles Ability to work quickly without sacrificing craft or brand consistency Highly organized and dependable, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr Pestie
