Warehouse Driver
Atlanta Flooring Design Centers
The Warehouse Driver makes local trips for material pick-up and delivery. The Driver will operate company owned vehicles such as a box truck, flatbed truck, and Sprinter vans. Knowledge of operating a manual transmission vehicle is not required but it is highly preferred. He/She will also assist with receiving and loading of material in the warehouse when not making a delivery or pickup. Performs other duties as assigned.
HOURS:- Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Hours could deviate occasionally
- Bi-weekly payroll via direct deposit
- Eligible to participate in group health, dental & vision insurance plans after 60 days full-time employment
- Supplemental life, accident, cancer and short-term disability insurance available after 60 days full-time employment
- Retirement Plans: Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(K) with match
- Paid Time Off (PTO) from first day of employment
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Clean MVR
- Must be able to operate automatic transmission vehicles
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment and with floor coverings highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds
