Physical Therapist - Contract Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: Thursday to Sunday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM.

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in neuro rehabilitation, with a focus on spinal cord injury (SCI), brain injury (BI), and stroke rehabilitation. The PT will be responsible for evaluating and implementing treatment plans to enhance patient recovery and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the schedule provided and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate the ability to meet productivity standards.
• Utilize the CARE tool assessment to ensure compliance with IPR post-acute guidelines.
• Provide quality care focused on the rehabilitation of various neurological conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Experience in acute, inpatient rehabilitation (IPR), and outpatient settings.
• Neuro background with experience in SCI, BI, and stroke rehab.
