Whether you're breading chicken, assembling orders, preparing produce, or keeping the kitchen running efficiently, your work plays a critical role in our restaurant's success. Position Type Full-Time Part-Time What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling (closed every Sunday) Leadership development and opportunities for advancement Intentional coaching and mentorship Scholarship opportunities A positive, purpose-driven work environment Free meals while working Responsibilities Prepare fresh food according to Chick-fil-A recipes and quality standards Maintain excellence in food safety, cleanliness, and organization Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen Ensure every order is prepared accurately and consistently Stock and organize inventory throughout each shift Complete opening, transition, and closing responsibilities Maintain clean equipment and workstations Support teammates and communicate effectively during busy periods Follow all operational procedures and safety guidelines Take ownership of creating a kitchen that reflects excellence in every detail Qualifications Positive attitude with a servant's heart Strong work ethic and attention to detail Enjoys working as part of a team Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout a shift Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including exposure to hot and cold temperatures Reliable transportation Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is welcomed but not required—we will provide the training you need to succeed.
