Technical Assembler – 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)

In this role, you'll use hand tools and assembly equipment to build and assemble products while ensuring quality standards are met. You'll work with a supportive team, help keep operations running smoothly, and have opportunities to learn multiple processes through cross-training.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble products and components according to specifications
- Safely use hand tools and assembly equipment
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Support team goals and assist in other areas as needed
- Cross-train in different functions to expand your skills
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For:
- Previous assembly experience required
- Knowledge of hand tools and assembly equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes
- Excellent attendance, reliability, and strong work ethic
Shift Details:
Training will be completed on 1st Shift before transitioning to the regular 2nd Shift schedule (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM).
