Refrigeration ManagerThis position manages and coordinates the activities of the Refrigeration and Boiler Departments. Essential duties include scheduling powerhouse and refrigeration personnel to maintain the department for optimal facility operation, preparing and supervising preventive maintenance schedules, reviewing utilities reports, addressing issues that could adversely impact the operational performance of the facility, ensuring that all OSHA, PSM standards are maintained in a timely and accurate manner, training personnel in proper operation of equipment, managing and maintaining the maintenance budget for refrigeration, ensuring all systems are operated in compliance with OSHA, ASHRAE, and PSM policies and procedures, scheduling work crews for 24-hour coverage, and overseeing all projects related to the plant ammonia system.Educational requirements include a minimum of technical school training or high school with comparable experience.
