Right at Home is currently seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay starting at $15/hour, paid weekly with an increase to $16/hour after 200 hours worked - Including paid travel time between client and overtime opportunities. Up to $19/hour differential pay offered for short shifts and call-in shifts.

In this Caregiver role, your duties will include personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and local errands. You will be a trusted presence, offering support with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and clear a background check

• Preferred, not required: CNA, HHA, or PCA certification(s)

• Pass drug screening

• Valid Car Insurance

• Ability to drive 30-45 minutes to a shift

• Ability to drive clients to doctor's appointments
