OB/GYN Physician Silvis, Illinois Position Overview

A well-established, physician-led healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) to join a busy, growing practice in Silvis, Illinois . This is a full-time employed opportunity offering immediate patient volume, excellent work-life balance, and access to advanced technology in a collaborative team environment.

• Full-time employed OB/GYN position

• Full-spectrum Obstetrics & Gynecology practice

• Established, high-volume practice with immediate patient base

• Outpatient clinic conveniently located on the hospital campus

• Rotations in an additional outpatient clinic

• Half-day per week providing community-based care through a local Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

• Approximately 600+ deliveries annually

• 16 Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) rooms

• Dedicated surgical suite with robotic surgery access

• On-site OB/GYN Hospitalist support for after-hours call, with the flexibility to manage your own deliveries or sign them out

• Level II Nursery

• On-site ultrasound services

• Physician-led medical group focused on leadership, wellness, and work-life balance

• $400,000 two-year guaranteed base salary plus productivity incentives

• $100,000 commencement/sign-on bonus

• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

  • Board Eligible physicians must be within 3 years of residency and obtain Board Certification within 1 year of employment.

• Illinois medical license or willingness to obtain one.

• Current, unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications.
