Job Title Wellness Nurse (LPN) – Flexible Schedules Required. Open Position: AM, PM & Overnight. Key Details Full-time position. Compensation: $30.00 hourly. Location: Village Crossing at Worman's Mill (and other Bickford Senior Living communities). Job Summary Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Wellness Nurse! The Wellness Nurse supports resident care within the branch, ensuring that residents’ daily medication needs are met in a comprehensive manner. The role promotes resident health and well‑being through ongoing clinical monitoring and continuous support. Responsibilities Provide ongoing clinical monitoring and support to residents. Assist community nurses, caregivers, and medication personnel with resident health and medication management. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to maintain high standards of quality care. Adhere to Core Values—Compassion, Commitment, Communication, and Creativity—guiding all resident interactions and care decisions. Qualifications LPN credential with an active state license. Previous experience in senior living or a related clinical setting is preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
