Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Experience: 3+ years preferred

Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our fast-paced team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, can manage multiple priorities at once, and takes pride in accuracy and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry, order processing, customer service, shipping, and handling a high volume of phone calls. You should be comfortable working independently while also being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide customers with product, pricing, availability, and order status information
• Process sales orders, purchase orders, and related paperwork
• Coordinate and prepare domestic and international shipments
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, invoices, and other documentation
• Work with shipping carriers and assist with tracking and delivery issues
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer and order records
• Review orders for accuracy before processing and shipment
• Follow up on open orders, backorders, and customer requests
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members
• Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed
• Maintain organized files and documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, data entry, shipping, office administration, or a related position
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and friendly phone manner
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
• Experience with shipping software, UPS/FedEx, or order management systems is a plus
