Counselor - Elementary

Starting Date: Jul 28, 2026 Job Description Pay Scale: Administrative - Instructional Level 4 Primary Purpose: Advocate for and support all students in their personal, social, academic and career development through a variety of approaches including, but not limited to, delivery of guidance curriculum in various group sizes to support student development; individual and group counseling; individual student planning and goal-setting activities; consultation and coordination activities to support student success, and effective interpretation of student assessment data. Serve on the campus Response to Intervention (Rtl) team to plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive program of services including counseling services for students identified at risk.
