Do you enjoy tracking a problem from a sensor to a PLC input, verifying with a schematic, and getting a line back to full speed? Can you swap a motor, align a drive, and log it cleanly in SAP—all while keeping safety first? If so, step into a role supporting a thriving Lehigh Valley manufacturing plant on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Your mission

• Keep production assets reliable through preventive maintenance and rapid response on PLC-controlled systems
• Diagnose root causes and repair electrical and mechanical issues on machines and production lines
• Execute setups, adjustments, assembly/disassembly, and changeovers
• Install and service motors, belts, drives, and mechanical assemblies
• Close work orders quickly; jump into special projects when needed
• Confidently read blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings
• Use SAP and PC-based tools to track PMs, downtime, and work requests
• Support facilities systems—boilers, water softeners, building and grounds
• Respond to radio calls and coordinate outside contractors effectively

• Up to $36/hr, commensurate with experience
• Contract-to-hire or direct-hire options
• Weekly pay for contract employees

You’ll excel here if you have

• Industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
• Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Background with PLCs, motors, sensors, drives, and control systems (preferred)
• Independent work style with strong teamwork and communication
• Dependability, professionalism, and a safety-first approach
• Availability for 2nd or 3rd shift
