We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Payroll Manager to lead our Payroll/HR department initiatives and foster a vibrant, compliant, and high-performing workplace. In this role, you will oversee all facets of payroll and human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and workforce planning. Your energetic leadership will drive organizational growth, enhance employee engagement, and ensure our payroll and HR practices align with business objectives. Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processes using ADP and Viewpoint Vista systems for accurate and timely employee compensation.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, managing recruiting processes and utilizing applicant tracking systems.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, training, and development initiatives to build workforce skills.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with health insurance, workers’ compensation, and FMLA regulations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, OSHA standards, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
• Manage employee relations with professionalism, addressing and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Conduct performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting reviews, and facilitating feedback.
• Lead change management initiatives including organizational design, succession planning, and affirmative action to promote diversity.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll and HR data while overseeing personnel administration.
• Utilize HRIS systems such as ADP and Viewpoint Vista for payroll processing and data reporting.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll management and HR leadership.
• Proficiency with payroll and HRIS systems including ADP and Viewpoint Vista.
• Strong knowledge of employment law compliance and benefits administration.
• Experience in performance evaluation and conflict resolution techniques.
• Skilled in data analysis using Excel for payroll and HR reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with discretion in handling confidential information.
