Busser / Host Assistant - Part Time
Stationhouse Grill | Godfrey, IL

Join our dynamic team at Stationhouse Grill as a Busser / Host Assistant, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our dining room runs smoothly and efficiently. In this fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to engage with guests and help create a memorable dining experience while learning valuable front-of-house skills.

Key Responsibilities

Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to maintain service flow.
Assist servers with food delivery, drink refills, and guest needs.
Warmly greet guests and answer basic menu or restaurant inquiries.
Professionally answer phones and take accurate takeout or delivery orders.
Assist with seating guests and managing the waitlist during peak times.
Keep service stations and entry areas clean and organized.
Support the front-of-house team to create a positive dining experience for every guest.

Requirements

Friendly, dependable, and eager to work in a guest-facing role.
Comfortable multitasking between bussing, hosting, and phone duties.
Strong communicator with great attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
No experience required—we’ll train the right candidate!
