Employee recognition and professional development programs. Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients’ physical abilities. Teach patients and caregivers the skills to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers, make referrals, and support patients in all settings. Adapt to the unique needs and goals of each patient. Qualifications Valid physical therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy‑related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience. Degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent. Compensation Posted salary range: $47.00 – $55.00 per hour with a $10,000 bonus incentive. #J-18808-Ljbffr
