Service Manager – West Region | $65K–$80K + Company-Paid Benefits

Snake River Pool & Spa | Full-Time | $65,000–$80,000/year DOE

Are you an experienced service leader who knows how to build a strong team, improve operations, solve problems, and take great care of customers?

You don't need pool or spa experience to succeed in this role. We're looking for a proven leader who understands people, service operations, accountability, and customer experience. If you've led teams in service, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, restoration, or a similar field, we'd like to hear from you.

We'll teach you our products. We're looking for someone who can lead people, improve systems, and create outstanding customer experiences.

What You'll Do

As our West Region Service Manager, you'll lead our field service team and oversee day-to-day service operations across multiple locations. You'll work closely with our centralized operations team, which provides scheduling, billing, warranty registration, and administrative support.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold service technicians and field personnel accountable to performance expectations.
• Create a positive, solutions-oriented team culture focused on customer service, quality, and follow-through.
• Oversee day-to-day field service operations and identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and efficiency.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and help ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor service performance, technician productivity, labor efficiency, work-order completion, and other key operational metrics.
• Use performance data and financial information to identify opportunities to improve productivity, control costs, and strengthen department profitability.
• Partner with Central Operations to improve scheduling, workflow, communication, and service execution.
• Support technicians with challenging repairs and field situations when needed.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop service team members.
• Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, professionalism, and customer care.

Required:

• Previous management or leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams and holding employees accountable.
• Customer service and conflict-resolution experience.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Ability to understand and use reports, metrics, and performance data to make decisions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between company locations.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.

Preferred:

• Experience managing technicians, field personnel, or service teams.
• Background in service operations, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, restoration, or a related industry.
• Understanding of profitability, labor efficiency, and business operations.
• Experience improving processes, systems, or operational workflows.

Physical & Travel Requirements

• Ability to occasionally lift 50+ pounds and participate in team-assisted lifting of heavier items using appropriate equipment and assistance.
• Ability to occasionally assist technicians, deliveries, and field operations as needed.
• Ability to work in office, warehouse, showroom, and outdoor environments.
• Ability to travel between company locations as needed.
