You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to support Quality Management System activities, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and help drive compliance across product and process quality initiatives. You will contribute to projects that strengthen quality systems, improve documentation, and support safe, effective products for patients and customers:Support Quality Management System activities to help maintain compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and internal proceduresAssist with Nonconformance reporting by helping investigate quality issues, document findings, and support timely resolutionContribute to Corrective and Preventive Action activities by supporting root cause analysis, action planning, and effectiveness checksPartner with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Supplier Quality, and Operations to support quality initiativesReview and organize quality documentation, records, and process information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with procedural requirementsSupport continuous improvement projects focused on strengthening quality processes, reducing risk, and improving efficiencyGain exposure to audits, quality metrics, and compliance activities that help ensure products and processes meet Stryker's high standardsMajors Targeted: Scientific or technical disciplines preferred (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields)What You NeedCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field and must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationshipsDemonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.$20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring locationTravel Percentage: NoneStryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
