In this role, you will provide outpatient therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and partner with medical providers and care teams to support the behavioral health needs of our patients.Our therapists work with a diverse population experiencing a wide range of life circumstances and mental health challenges. This position offers the opportunity to provide meaningful care, collaborate across disciplines, and help improve access to mental health services in the communities we serve.If you are a clinician who values purpose-driven work, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact, we invite you to join our team.Position Summary: Responsible for providing counseling services, ensuring client access and acclimation to mental health services, providing crisis stabilization to N.E.W Community Clinic patients, and documentation/psycho -social screening support to N.E.W providers in accordance with policies and procedures of N.E.W & DHS 35 and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.What You Will DoIn this role, you will:Provide outpatient counseling and therapeutic support to individuals and familiesConduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plansMaintain an active therapy caseload and facilitate therapeutic groups as neededCollaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams within an integrated care settingSupport patients in accessing community resources and additional servicesProvide crisis intervention and stabilization when neededDocument services and treatment plans in accordance with clinical and regulatory standardsWhat We Are Looking ForQualificationsMaster 's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social WorkWisconsin licensure as LCSW or LPCExperience providing psychotherapy and psychosocial assessmentsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environmentCommitment to providing culturally responsive care to diverse populationsTrauma-informed care experience preferred (EMDR, Brainspotting, or similar approaches a plus)Spanish language skills a plusWhy Join N.E.W.
